Town planning - Kintele

The “Les Rives du Congo” district was designed to respond in an operational manner to the needs of the new city dwellers as well as to an emerging middle class, while facing an increasing demand for housing. The project combines 214 hectares on one site, public spaces, collective housing, individual and modular housing, commercial, administrative, tertiary and leisure spaces. This operation allows not the creation of a neighborhood but a piece of the city in all its diversity.
